M1 RACING STANDARD STREAMER - License & Usage

Thank you for supporting M1 Racing.

All products are created to help motorsport streamers and content creators produce professional, clean, high-quality broadcasts.

This document explains what you can and cannot do with your purchase — in plain English.

If you ever have questions, just reach out.

General Principles

When you purchase any M1 Racing product, you are buying a non-exclusive license to use the assets in your own content.

·         You are not purchasing ownership of the files themselves.

·         You may use them in monetised content.

·         You may not resell or redistribute the files.

Simple.

1. Track Maps (2D & 3D)

This includes:

·         2D Track Map Collections (2025 & 2026)

·         3D Animated Track Map Collections (2025 & 2026)

You May:

·         Use them in live streams (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.)

·         Use them in monetised videos

·         Overlay them in OBS or other streaming software

·         Edit them into YouTube content

·         Include them in race previews and analysis

·         Use them across multiple channels you personally own

You May Not:

·         Resell the files

·         Share the files publicly

·         Redistribute them in Discord servers or communities

·         Include them in another digital product for sale

·         Claim them as your own design work

The files are licensed for use in your content only.

2. Stream Backgrounds & Overlays

This includes:

·         Static Backgrounds

·         Looping Backgrounds

·         Stream Starting / Ending / Intermission Screens

·         Any included overlay elements

You May:

·         Use them in your streams

·         Modify them to suit your branding

·         Add your logo and text

·         Incorporate them into your scene layouts

You May Not:

·         Sell or share the raw design files

·         Offer them as part of another template pack

·         Distribute them to other creators

These assets are for your personal broadcast use.

3. F1 Inspired Stream Music Collection

You May:

·         Use the tracks in live streams

·         Use them in monetised videos

·         Use them in pre-recorded content

·         Use them indefinitely once purchased

You May Not:

·         Resell the music

·         Upload the raw tracks to Spotify, Apple Music, etc.

·         Distribute the files to others

·         Claim authorship of the music

The license allows usage in your content — not redistribution.

If you ever receive a platform claim related to these tracks, contact us and we will resolve it.

4. Commentators Notebook, AI Prompts & Streamer Tools Guide

These are digital documents.

You May:

·         Use them personally

·         Print them for your own use

·         Reference them during streams

·         Apply the systems and ideas inside them

You May Not:

·         Share the PDF publicly

·         Upload them to file-sharing platforms

·         Resell or repackage the content

·         Copy and distribute the material as your own product

These resources are licensed for individual use.

Bundles & Toolkit Packs

If you purchase a Starter or Advanced Toolkit:

·         The same usage rules apply to every included item.

·         You are licensed to use the assets in your own content.

·         You are not licensed to redistribute the files.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final unless there is a technical issue with file delivery. If you experience any problems accessing your purchase, support is always available.

In Simple Terms

·         Use the assets in your content.

·         Monetise your streams.

·         Build your brand.

Just don’t redistribute the files themselves.
