Return and Refunds - General Policy
As M1 Racing is a digital content business we are unable to accept any returns once an order has been fulfilled through the download of items from our store.

If you have any issues accessing or downloading a purchased item you can contact us at Mark.Suttle@m1racing.co.uk. and we will endeavour to solve your issue as quickly as possible.

If your order has not been fulfilled and you wish to cancel, we will provide a full refund of your original purchase price.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Payments
If a refund is agreed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Mark.Suttle@m1racing.co.uk.
